    1969年7月，宁阳县始建人民防空领导小组，下设防空办公室，地点在县人民武装部。各基层革命委员会及较大厂矿企事业单位相应成立人民防空领导小组，受同级革委会和上一级人民防空领导小组领导，各级机构均于1978年撤销，人民防空事务由县人民武装部兼管。
