　　半城故城址，位于乡饮乡沈家屯东500米，乡级公路南侧，俗称“半城”，又名沈家屯城址。据唐代李吉甫撰《元和郡县志》记载：“高齐文宣帝移平原于汉宁阳县城北十七里，隋以平原东南二十里有古龚邱城，遂改平原为龚邱。”
