　　1985年，全县有医疗机构16处，共有床位869张，医务人员1074人。2002年，共有医疗机构14处，医疗床位1301张，每万人拥有15张；医疗技术人员2140人，其中每千人拥有医生1.57人、拥有护理人员0.64人。共取得重要医疗技术成果近百项，其中有20多项在县以上获科技奖。全县医疗设备总值2565多万元。
