　　1985年后，境内文化艺术事业蓬勃发展。1987年，全县农村开展创建农村文化大院工作。1990年，开展创建社会文化先进县活动，音乐、舞蹈逐步融入老百姓的日常生活。至2002年，全县歌舞厅、网吧、录像放映、电子游戏、卡拉OK、饭店KTV等发展到300多家。
