　　1986～1988年，开展解决历史遗留问题信访会战，共受理信访案件1066件，处结1015件，复查复议218件。至2002年，县信访局共受理群众信访9903件，处结9478件，处结率95.7%；接待处理群众集体上访553起、9883人次。同时，查处中央和省、市交办的重要信访案件242件，处结242件，处结率100%。
