　　1982年11月，宁阳县科学技术协会成立。1985年，全县20个乡镇建立科学技术协会，626个行政村建立科普协会，县属大型企业设立科协组织。是年，辖17个县直学（协）会和57个农村专业技术研究会。1998年，乡镇普遍召开科协代表大会，选举产生乡镇科学技术协会委员会。2002年，村级科普协会配备专兼职干部669人。
