　　1980年，建立宁阳县物价局，加强价格监督，开展价格检查，规范行政事业性收费、教育卫生收费及邮政资费管理。1993年11月，县物价局撤销，其职能并入县工商行政管理局。1996年，恢复县物价局，由县计划委员会管理，单独行使价格管理职能。1997年，涉足价格鉴证业务。2002年1月，再次撤销县物价局，建立宁阳县物价办公室，为县发展计划局内设机构。
