　　1986年6月，成立宁阳县经济检查所，开展对假冒伪劣、无照经营、超范围经营等案件的查处工作。是年，查办案件30起，罚没款3万元，案值10万元。1990年，查办案件231起，罚没款71万元。1995年，查办案件166起，罚没款13万元。2000年，办案332起，案值47万元。2001年5月，基层工商所开始独立办案。是年，查办案件2246件，罚没款122万元。2002年7月，县经济检查所改为宁阳县公平交易局。
