　　1985年以来，全县财政以服务经济建设为重点，深化体制改革，加强财源建设，严格收入征管，堵塞各种漏洞，财政收入年年完成预算，财政支出得到有效控制。至2002年，全县共完成地方财政总收入16.39亿元，年均增长15.93%；预算外收入8.14亿元，年均增长34.89%。完成财政总支出21.7亿元，年均增长16.99%；预算外支出6.75亿元，年均增长192.88%。连续14年保持县级财政收支平衡。
