为服务外出务工群众，不断拓展驻外人才和创业就业服务站职能，推进实施“招才引智+创业就业服务+驻外务工人员党组织建设”的“三位一体”模式，并且在外出务工党员较集中的北京、上海、深圳等地，依托当地人才和创业就业服务站，建立岱岳区外出务工党员驻京、驻沪、驻深圳党支部。7月19日，中组部办公厅《组工信息》第80期以《泰安市岱岳区加强外出务工党员管理服务》为题，肯定该区开创性做法。
