该遗址位于祝阳镇姚庄村西，石汶河东畔，东临嬴汶河，泰莱公路穿过遗址中心，胜利渠东西穿过遗址南部。商至汉代聚落址。遗址东西宽1000米，南北长1500米，文化层堆积0.8～1米。出土器物有商周时期陶鬲罐、战国陶豆、汉代瓦当、板瓦等。地表散布有商周至汉代的陶片等。遗址大部分被民房及祝下公路等道路所占压，其余地表之上为农田。1994年3月，被泰安市政府公布为文物保护单位。
