该遗址位于大汶口镇中大吴村北约2公里处云亭山上。为新石器至商周时代祭祀遗址。云亭山遗址南北长130米，东西宽77米。遗址残存为一处高大土丘，称为祭台。高7.7米，顶部长4.2米，宽2.9米，底部周长30米。祭台分上下两层，上层有明、清时期的建筑遗存，下层土丘四周散落大量汉代陶片、瓦块遗物。在遗址上曾发现新石器时代、商周时期陶鬲足、陶豆残柄等遗物。2006年12月，被泰安市政府公布为文物保护单位。
