  推进全区离退休干部党组织建设，提升“安家工程”，全面实行目标责任管理制度，先后建成离退休干部组织431个，其中，离退休干部党支部266个，社团组织116个，志愿服务组织49个，形成较完善的组织体系，覆盖绝大多数的老干部。区老干局举办全区老干部理论骨干培训班，集中学习中共十八届六中全会精神；区老干部活动中心艺术团组织宣传“两学一做”、庆祝建党95周年和长征胜利80周年等内容的送戏下乡143场（次）。
