对全区范围内31处存在安全隐患的房屋，进行现场勘查，及时督促房屋产权人或使用人对房屋进行安全鉴定，根据鉴定结论，采取相应的解危措施，保证房屋住用安全。建立“泰安市城市房屋安全档案信息管理系统”，录入信息共计2858条，总建筑面积118万平方米。做好特殊时期的房屋安全管理工作。
