坚持科学规划，协调推进“城乡公交优先发展”战略。1月14日，角峪、范镇、祝阳、山口、黄前、下港6个乡镇同时开通公交线路；1月15日，良庄镇开通公交线路。至此，全区17个乡镇（街道）全部开通公交线路，共建设完成15处乡镇公交枢纽站，369处站亭（牌），累计投放新能源、清洁能源和纯电动公交车171部。乡镇公交线路实现全覆盖，每年可为城乡居民节省出行费用5000多万元。
