完成农村公路改造93公里，完成投资1.15亿元。其中，编制完成省、市11个贫困村39.9公里的农村道路建设规划，完成扶贫道路建设8公里。推进“四好农村路”建设，统筹农村公路改造升级、优化结构和网络化发展，提升农村公路通达深度。新104国道改建工程于10月12日正式全线通车，项目实施期间，共完成土地征用2227亩，清理苗木38.7万株，拆迁看护房246处，住宅、正规房屋140处。青兰高速西段完成农用地清表任务，项目正式开工建设。济泰高速项目完成选址，正式组织实施。
