把做好农业招商工作，作为增强农业农村工作发展活力和后劲的重要措施。建立定期通报制度，对农口各部门及各乡镇（街道）农业招商和对上争取工作情况进行通报，有效推动工作开展。共引进农业产业化新项目19个，到位资金2.8亿元；新增家庭农场126家，总数达到273家。
