   落实党委理财、联审会签制度，重大开支、年度预算都由党委研究决定安排。迎接山东省军区财务大检查，对检查中指出的3项问题进行及时整改。加大营区硬件设施建设，先后投入15万余元安装卷帘门、起降杆、伸缩门等安全防护设备，更换隐形纱窗、防护网、围栏，对办公楼内消防管道进行升级改造。后勤战备训练和各项保障任务完成圆满。
