  以“加快发展新兴服务业”作为调研课题，有针对性地提出改进服务发展的意见和建议。在区政协第十二届五次会议上，致公党支部提出集体提案：《关于加快“一带一廊”发展的提案》，被列为五次会议的1号提案。李云提出的《关于加强小餐桌管理的建议》受到了承办单位的高度重视。2016年共有3名党员分别被聘为区特约监察员、地税监察员、教育督导员。
