2016年，以领导干部接访、越级访和非正常上访治理、基层基础建设、信访积案化解为着力点，信访总量相对平稳，信访秩序不断规范，信访形势日趋好转，群众满意度不断提升，为全区经济社会持续健康发展营造了和谐稳定的社会环境。所有纳入系统的信访案件的及时受理率、按期办理率均为100%，群众满意率达80%以上。区委区政府被表彰为省级信访工作先进单位；1人被省委、省政府表彰为“全省信访工作先进个人”。
