    在独足盘东北，天空山前，俗称姑子庙。明隆庆年间建，尼姑住持。庙分东西两院，早圮。1993年夏重建西院正殿、配殿及大门。东院原有透天门、正殿、东配殿、圣母寝宫楼等，顶毁，残存墙壁。院后有古洞，周围多黄花菜，因名黄花洞。洞内有石乳泉悬流涓滴。附近有灵异泉、吕祖洞等景点。
