      核桃又名胡桃，有上千年的栽培历史，以“鸡爪绵”核桃为优。泰山核桃适应性强，果型椭圆，表面光滑，个大均匀，皮薄肉厚，出仁率在40%以上。泰山核桃仁含脂肪60%～70%、蛋白质15%～20%、碳水化合物10%，另含多种维生素和矿物质。常食本品，可健脑、固齿、乌发、润肠。
