    位于扇子崖南，明末创建，早圮。1988年重修盘路、庙宇。庙门东向，有正殿、卷棚、东西配殿等。正殿内供道教最高天神元始天尊塑像及十八陪神。殿西有地母宫、吕祖祠、太阳庙等。
