    位于长寿桥北，溪东。原寺始建无考。椐赵新儒《新刻泰山小史》载：元代元贞年间（1295～1297年）住持僧法海重修；明宣德三年（1428年）住持僧满空曾扩建。明末寺圮。寺址后改为竹林寺管理区驻地。2000年投资700万元在原址复建，寺院为二进式木结构建筑，一进院落由山门、钟鼓楼、天王殿组成，二进院落由东西厢房、大雄宝殿及环廊组成。整个建筑群气势雄伟，呈现唐时建筑风格。溪西原有竹林寺墓塔林，亦早圮，其址于1925年建无极庙。
