    位于红门路中段，与岱庙厚载门相对，是泰山中路登山起点。泰山亦称岱宗，故命名岱宗坊。始建年代不详。明隆庆年间（1567～1572年）及清雍正八年（1730年）重修。四柱三门式石坊，立于宽阔台基之上，上额篆书“岱宗坊”三个大字，字体浑厚丰润，凝重大方。坊前左右分立清雍正九年（1731年）《重修岱宗坊记》及《重修泰山记》碑。
