    东孙村先后为养牛户争取贷款60多万元，解决养牛户资金的问题。全村从事奶牛养殖的劳力达到180人。至2007年，全村奶牛饲养小区达到5.33公顷，奶牛存栏近1600头。全村奶牛达2000头，人均两头牛，奶牛业年产值达到180人，年纯收入近1000万元。该村先后被授予“山东省奶牛饲养专业村”、“市先进基层党组织”、“区级文明单位”、“镇经济工作先进单位”等荣誉称号。
