    分局定期汇总分析每月刑事案件特别是“两抢一盗”等可防性案件的发案规律，实行每月一分析、一通报，并具体到派出所责任区和社区（驻村）民警。这为分局及各派出所评先树优、提拔任用干部提供了依据，也有利于督促各派出所及责任区民警进一步加大工作力度，防范和遏制辖区发案。
