    1968年12月出生，1989年7月参加工作，1995年7月入党，大学学历，山东东平人。1989年7月，任泰安市律师事务所律师。1993年6月，任市政府法制局科员。1997年7月，任市政府法制局法制监督科副科长。1999年12月，任市政府法制局法制监督科科长。2000年10月,任市政府法制办公室（调研室）法制监督科科长。2003年1月，任新泰市政府副市长、党组成员。2006年12月,任泰山区委常委。2007年1月，任区委常委、区政府副区长、党组副书记。
