    邱家店镇刘家疃人。自幼勤奋好学，1897年（光绪丁酉年）拔贡。父中医，受父教苦钻医学。精通内、妇、儿科。20岁时名传四方。不分贫富，有求必应，济世活人。民众赞其“药到病除，妙手回春。”
