    位于岱顶碧霞祠西侧望吴峰下。明代创建，清康熙十五年（1676年）重建，解放初毁。1994年6月重建。庙由大殿、配房及大门等组成，总建筑面积510平方米。大殿为前廊硬山式。内奉孔子塑像，配祀颜回、曾参、子思、孟轲塑像。庙前有石坊，额“望吴圣迹”。
