    徐家楼乡位于泰城南部。北与财源街道办事处搭界，南与岱岳区北集坡镇相连，东与上高乡为邻，西与岱岳区粥店街道办事处相接。东西最长9.8公里，南北最宽3.2公里，总面积20.04平方公里。地势西高东低。东部、中部为平原，西部为丘陵，泮河经乡境北部由西向东流过。
