    上高乡位于泰城东部，西与岱庙街道办事处搭界，北与泰前街道办事处接壤，南毗徐家楼乡、岱岳区北集坡镇，东邻省庄镇。地势北高南低。东西长约7.5公里，南北宽约4.02公里，总面积30.18平方公里，乡驻地距泰城2公里。
    梳洗河、双龙河、柴草河、明堂河从境内由北向南流过。
