    1985年，全处有13处村（居）卫生室，医务人员42人。1989年，成立办事处防保站。1996年，11个村（居）实行合作医疗。1998年10月，成立社区卫生服务中心，村（居）成立社区服务站。是年，合作医疗普及率为95.9%。2000年，村（居）居民小区卫生服务站23处，医护人员83人，其中主治医师3人、医师12人、医士55人、护士13人。
