           1999年9月30日，泰山区第一家境外企业岱银兰卡服饰有限公司建成投产。岱银纺织服装集团股份有限公司在斯里兰卡高尔省自行设计、建设、安装现代化服装加工厂，为全国在斯里兰卡独资建设最大项目和全国第100家境外带料加工企业。总投资80万美元，拥有370台（套）缝纫设备、12条生产线，年加工各类服装60万件，产品主要出口美加地区和欧盟各国，年实现收入120万美元，创利润30万美元。2000年带动国内服装原辅料出口55.8万美元。
