    上高乡黄家庄人。20世纪20年代毕业于山西大学土木系。“七七”事变后投身革命。1938～1945年在山东沂蒙和鲁中参加抗日斗争。1946年任山东河务局局长。1949年在济南创办黄河水利专科学校。
