    1984年至1990年，邹县的蔬菜、水果、鸡、鱼、肉、蛋等部分农副产品和510余种日用小商品的价格随供求变化、上下浮动。钢材、有色金属等主要生产资料和粮、油等主要生活资料，开始实行国家定价和市场调节价相结合的“双轨价”。到1992年底，一切生活资料全部由市场调节，钢材和有色金属等主要生产资料仍实行“双轨制”价格。
