    1928年，国民党开始在境内活动时，有党员3～5人。后党员发展较快，1929年，国民党县党部3个区分部有成员30余人。抗日战争前夕，全县有党员约158人。1946年，国民党在境内突击发展国民党员、三青团员。是年，全县有国民党员、三青团员1700余人。1947年12月，国民党为克服内部矛盾，挽救败局，扩大力量，实行党、团合一，三青团员转为国民党员，全县时有国民党员1050人。
