    1989年，兖州县审计事务所在国家审计机关的指导监督管理下，开始进行社会审计。先后取得国有资产评估资格和省属企业审计查证资格。至1995年，审计事务所共开展了工商企业注册资本验证、承包经营审计、厂长(经理)任期目标责任审计、厂长(经理)离任审计、经济效益审计、财务收支审计、资产评估、经济案件及纠纷的鉴定、固定资产投资预决算审计等业务。年底，完成各类委托业务1100项，受到有关部门和当事人的好评，取得了良好的社会信誉。
