    1990年6月筹建，并有计划地开展外汇业务的管理工作。在中国人民银行兖州县支行内设置外汇管理办公室，对外挂国家外汇管理局兖州支局牌子。中国人民银行兖州县支行正副行长兼任外管支局正副局长。1995年4月，县级人行外汇管理办公室并入金管稽核科工作。
