    开皇元年（公元581年） 二月，北周相国、隋王杨坚受周禅，建立隋朝。颜子三十五代孙颜之推
转为隋王朝效力，定居京兆万年县（今西安市），后继隋唐两朝，历八世、三百余年，形成京兆颜氏
家族。此为颜氏宗子第三次迁徙。
    开皇十年（公元590年） ，颜子三十五代孙颜之推病逝。遂葬于京兆万年县凤栖原，为凤栖原颜
林之始。
    大业十七年（公元618年） ，太原留守李渊起兵入关，颜思鲁率子侄至同州朝邑长春宫谒见，多
人受封。
