    1906年(清光绪三十二年)曲阜境内166888人中，男性78065人，女性88823人，男
性为女性的87．89％。民国时期发生逆转，1928年(民国17年)，男性为女性的124％，
1934年达125．74％。 建国后，性别比例趋于平衡，且较稳定。1949年男性为女性的
102．35％，1956年为105．79％，1968年为102．66％，1978年为104．83％，1985年
为106．19％。1990年男性人口309970人，占总人口的51．83％，女性人口288139人，
占总人口的48．17％，男性为女性的107．5％。全市性别比例最高的是南辛镇，男性
为女性的113．15％， 其后依次为尼山乡、防山乡、曲阜镇、王庄乡、吴村镇、姚村
镇、息陬乡、董家庄乡、书院乡、陵城镇、小雪镇。最低的是时庄乡，男性为女性的
103．9％。
