    明末，李氏于城内西门大街开设三兴号专放高利贷。清顺治年间，孔府放贷，独
山屯的生员郭氏借银10两，月利8分，一年后，本利全还外，又纳过月利银5两，送礼
银4．8两； 滋阳县的生员田氏借银10分起利。二契60两，一年后本利还银113.7两。
民国时期， 当铺及放账铺的借款利率为3分，贷期最长的为10个月。1928年，小雪的
刘姓村民被土匪绑票，赎人借债70元，1个月期满还款100元。1930年，三兴号停业。
