    1980年10月，始建泗水县司法局，设人秘、宣传教育、调解3个股。1981年4月，建立泗水县法律顾问处和泗水县公证处，归司法局领导。1988年，局内设普法办公室、法律顾问处、公证处和人秘、宣传教育、调解股，共有工作人员22人，其中局长1人，副局长3人。
