    1960年前，各系统、行业的科技事业经费均为自筹。行政支出由县人委办公室统一掌握使用。1960～1976年，地方财政年均向县科委拨发专项科技事业费6842元。1977年，省、地科委先后拨给汶上一定数量科技项目经费。1960～1987年，县、地（市）、省科技总投资约计91.2万元。其中投资最低年份1966年为830元，最高年份1987年为96760元。
