    为纠正1958年“大跃进”和人民公社化运动中的“左”倾错误，退赔无偿平调的广大农民群众的各种物资，1961年国家拨给汶上县赔款168万元，其中现金100万元，用于购买多种生产资料退赔给各社、队。其余退赔款用期票发给群众。期票面额有5元、10元、20元、50元、100元5种。全县计发放期票658440元。1962年3月起凭期票兑付现金，至1963年全部退赔完毕。
