    民间剪纸在嘉祥县有悠久的历史。其特点古朴大方，朴实流畅。老僧堂乡大曹村剪纸老艺人何素显，从事剪纸60年，不需任何花样，可剪出栩栩如生的动物、花卉和吉祥故事与传说近300个纹样。其作品，1985年11月在山东省美术馆一次展出“虎头鞋”花样近20种。
