    1988年底，县人民政府设立矿产资源管理局（简称矿管局），列事业编制。1989年，嘉祥、新挑河、马集、王堌堆、满硐、仲山、纸坊、疃里、大山头等9处乡（镇）人民政府设立矿产资源管理办公室；其他乡（镇）经委内设1～2名专（兼）职矿管员。
