    1952～1966年，受理侦察法纪案件89起，经立案侦察，依法逮捕11人，情节轻微、构不成犯罪转请有关部门给以党纪、政纪处分的114人。1978年恢复金乡县人民检察院。次年11月，设法纪检察股（后改科）。1981～1990年，受理违犯法纪案件59件，其中诬告陷害2件，非法拘禁7件，玩忽职守3件，重婚4件，其他43件。审查后，立案侦察34件，决定起诉21人，免于起诉30人。
