    清入关后，招募汉人和收编汉人地主武装，建立绿营兵。绿营士兵一列入兵籍，其家则被列为军户，世代为兵，父死子继，兄亡弟及。营兵入伍，令五人联名具保，互相监督，如有不遵约束，生事扰民、容奸保慝、离次失伍者，照律处治，并连坐其上级。
