    1977年，王丕公社投资17万元在驻地建造纸厂，占地面积20000平方米，建筑面积310平方米，职工175人，主产瓦棱纸。1985年，扩建车间仓库1300平方米，购置蒸球锅炉设备，安装单缸双毯1350纸车和多缸多毯挂面报纸机，日产瓦棱纸6吨，产量提高70%。1988年，一、二号纸机转产35g、40g、50g、60g文化用纸，年产2500吨。1990年，产值588.7万元，上缴税金12.6万元。亏损40.8万元。
